Thank you for the warm "welcome back" to Manhattan! After earning my Interior Design degree from Kansas Statue University 30 years ago it feels wonderful to be back, starting this new chapter.
I grew up on my family homestead in north central Kansas and am inspired by the beauty of the rural lifestyle, full of grit and a little rebellion. A love of vintage got me started rescuing old furniture and repurposing items for my first business, Shabby Shed Furniture & Interior Design. My desire with G.Marie Home Design is to bring Interior Design to real people who want to their house to feel a little more like home.
